For forty years, Indian engineers have designed chips for the rest of the world. There is an Indian in every chip. Almost none of them were designed for India.

I spent twelve years building Tessolve into India’s largest semiconductor test and engineering company. It works with 18 of the world’s top 20 chipmakers today. I sold it in 2016 and went on to lead Tata’s semiconductor business. In all that time, the one thing this country never built was a power semiconductor company of its own.

So we built one. iVP designs across the full power stack. Discretes like MOSFETs, IGBTs and gate drivers. Modules like IPMs for motor drives. Subsystems like solid-state relays and traction inverters. Our customers build the electric scooters, the solar inverters, the industrial drives. We make the power electronics inside them work better, and we do it from Chennai, in your timezone, at your volumes.

We design and sell across the full power electronics stack: discrete components like MOSFETs, IGBTs, and gate drivers. Power modules like IPMs for motor drives. And power subsystems like solid-state relays and traction inverters.
