India's power electronics market is accelerating — EVs, solar, industrial automation, railways. The companies building these systems need power semiconductors designed for Indian conditions: high ambient temperatures, variable grid quality, cost-conscious designs, and production timelines that move fast. They need a partner who understands their engineering environment, speaks their language, and is close enough to sit in the same room.

That's the company Raja Manickam set out to build. He'd already built India's largest semiconductor test company from scratch and scaled it to $550M in revenue. He'd spent decades understanding what Indian OEMs need from their semiconductor partners. In 2024, he founded iVP Semi — India's first fabless power semiconductor company, focused entirely on the Indian market — to be the power semiconductor partner that's actually here.

We're building more than a product catalog. We're building the ecosystem Indian industries need to compete at a global level — locally designed and sourced power semiconductors, with engineering support to help customers get from schematic to production. From discrete components like MOSFETs and IGBTs, to integrated power modules, to complete subsystems like solid-state relays and traction inverters — we cover the full power electronics stack so our customers can focus on building the products that matter.

Our customers build the electric vehicles, the solar inverters, the industrial drives. We make the power electronics inside them work better. And in doing so, we're working toward something larger: establishing India as a powerhouse in power semiconductor innovation — one chip, one module, one system at a time.
